          Generali U.S. Branch (“GUSB”) values the privacy of our users and others (collectively “Users” or individually each a “User”) who visit and use any GUSB website and its associated services (the “Website”).           Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), GUSB will never knowingly request information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent, and no part of the Website is directed to persons under thirteen (13).
